Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your Continium subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting our support team.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that period ends, your account will downgrade to the free tier (if available) or lose access to paid features, and you will not be charged again.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund unless you qualify under the refund conditions described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If this is your first purchase of a paid Continium subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, provided the request is made in good faith and the account has not engaged in abusive or fraudulent usage.
  • After 14 Days: Refunds are generally not provided for payments made more than 14 days prior, including for partial use, unused time, or mid-cycle cancellations, except where required by applicable law.
  • Technical Issues: If a verified technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing the Service for a prolonged period and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion.

3. Digital Service & EU Consumer Rights

Continium provides immediate access to a digital service upon purchase. By starting to use the Service, you acknowledge that performance begins immediately.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have statutory rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law.

4. Free Trials

If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expiration.

We may attempt to send a reminder before the trial ends, but it is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancellation timing.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout (via our payment processor, such as Stripe).

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Processing fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

6. Abuse, Fraud & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of the refund policy, excessive usage followed by refund requests, chargeback abuse, or fraudulent activity.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension or termination.
